Giant Hunter AI delivers automated trading technology for forex, cryptocurrency, indices, and other markets. We do not offer personalised investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.

4. Risk Disclaimer

Automated trading carries significant risk and may result in losses. Performance is not guaranteed and past results are not indicative of future outcomes.

5. Account Registration & Security

  • Keep login credentials secure and confidential.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised account activity.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Fees & Payments

  • Fees may apply to licences, add-ons, or services.
  • Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in the Refund Policy.
  • Pricing is subject to change with prior notice.

7. Free Fuel Unit Policy

  • Free fuel units are issued once per purchase to the original licence holder.
  • Creating duplicate accounts to obtain additional fuel is prohibited and leads to blocks.
  • Repeated or suspicious activation attempts can result in permanent restrictions and removal from future promotions.
  • We may withhold fuel units or suspend services if abuse or circumvention is detected.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • Manipulate, exploit, reverse engineer, or disrupt platform components.
  • Resell, share, or redistribute access without written approval.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, content, and proprietary technology remain the property of Giant Hunter AI. Using them without consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Trading losses or opportunity cost incurred while using the service.
  • Service interruptions, technical failures, or data loss.
  • Actions of third parties or market movements outside our control.
