Snapshot: If Giant Hunter AI is not the right fit, you can request an 80% refund within three days of activation. The steps below explain what information we need and what happens once a refund is approved.

Refund Eligibility

  • You may request a refund within three (3) calendar days of activating the Giant Hunter AI bot if you are unsatisfied with performance.
  • To qualify, contact the support team within the 3-day window and provide the account details used for the licence activation.
  • Approved refunds are issued at 80% of the original purchase price. The remaining 20% covers operational and payment processing costs.
  • Once a refund is processed, access to the product and any associated services will be revoked immediately.

Important Notes

  • Requests submitted after the 3-day period cannot be honoured.
  • By purchasing Giant Hunter AI, you acknowledge and accept this refund policy.
